Join The Fun!
How can I participate as an exhibitor in
the Vance County Regional Fair?
Entering items in the fair is easy and fun. It is also a great
way to join your friends and neighbors in a
demonstration of support for North Carolina agriculture.
So what can I enter?
Simply browse through the Exhibitor Guide above and identify items
that interest you. Perhaps you have a garden in the backyard
and would like to enter some squash or corn. How about
registering one of your favorite jams or jellies. Do you have
an amateur artist or photographer in the family? Do you enjoy
knitting or making your own clothes? Do you have a young
family member who raises sheep or dairy heifers? We have
categories for these and many more.
How do I register?
Livestock show participants
should contact the North Carolina Cooperative
Extension Office - Vance County Center (252) 438-8188 for
registration information. All other participants may bring
their entries to the fairgrounds on the dates designated in
the rules and regulations. Making a list of the category
numbers and names will save time at registration.
What else do I need to know?
The rules and regulations in the Exhibitor Guide will provide you with
additional details regarding exhibitor entry as well as
general fair policies.
Who may I contact for more information?
You may call the North Carolina Cooperative Extension
Office - Vance County Center for exhibit or livestock show
questions (252) 438-8188. Their staff members can help answer your questions and
make your participation in the fair a pleasant one.
